The Heritage Blend is created from indigenously developed Robusta stocks that originated almost a century ago. These are the prized Robusta beans that Italian espresso makers use for their 80/20 blends. Unlike any other Robusta in the world, this dry process, sun-ripened coffee is bold and delicious and never bitter. Very high in caffeine.

Peaberry (culi) beans are small, unsplit beans that often have a more intense taste and a little bit of a nutty edge. The Highlands Coffee take on traditional Culi blends is a mix of peaberry Arabica, Robusta, Chari (Excelsa) and Catimor. This balanced cup is complex on many levels, with a changing profile from start to finish. Excellent presence and aroma and satisfying aftertaste.
Culi Supreme
Moka is a rare Arabica varietal that has been 'rediscovered'. This tiny, round-shaped bean is superb in body and flavor, partly due to dry processing (sun ripening), that brings out the fabulous chocolate, vanilla, nutty tones and aromatics that makes this a truly gourmet delight. Low in acid but sharp in flavor, with smooth, full body, this is a unique coffee that will give enjoyment on many levels.

The Highlands Full City Roast Espresso is, in our opinion, one of the finest bold espressos in the world. Nicely dark and just a little bitter, it has the bright tones that are often lacking in a bold espresso. This is a classic Italian approach to espresso using heirloom beans, where the bitter and bold characteristic do not overwhelm the rich body of the blend or wipe out the bright highlights. Pleases equally fans of the "short black", espresso lovers who feel the espresso is all "in the crema", and those who like their espresso as a drink "below the crema"... a rare espresso that delivers on all counts.

Here are the last two ingredients needed to recreate your Vietnamese café experience: the elegantly simple Vietnamese-style Phin coffee brewer, and authentic Vietnamese sweetened condensed milk.
Stainless steel Vietnamese single-cup brewer, 4 piece kit with instructions. This little filter is perfect for brewing a single cup of intense, delicious coffee in the traditional way (6-7 ounces, typically). When guests visit, use a separate filter and cup for each person and add sweetened condensed milk for the authentic coffeehouse experience.
Vietnamese Phin Filter
You might be familiar with American sweetened condensed milk, used to make caramel or pumpkin pies, but Vietnamese sweetened condensed milk is a little different. It is made with more milk added for extra creaminess, and as a result, lightens coffee much better than Carnation or other brands available in America. Most brands sold in America now are including vegetable oils or thickeners to save money, but Longevity is 100% whole milk and sugar.
