Heritage Blend

The Heritage Blend is created from indigenously developed Robusta stocks that originated almost a century ago. These are the prized Robusta beans that Italian espresso makers use for their 80/20 blends. Unlike any other Robusta in the world, this dry process, sun-ripened coffee is bold and delicious and never bitter. Very high in caffeine.

Gourmet Blend

The Gourmet Blend is an Arabica and Robusta mix, blended for traditional Vietnamese roast taste, delivering a smooth, balanced cup.

Culi Supreme

Peaberry (culi) beans are small, unsplit beans that often have a more intense taste and a little bit of a nutty edge. The Highlands Coffee take on traditional Culi blends is a mix of peaberry Arabica, Robusta, Chari (Excelsa) and Catimor. This balanced cup is complex on many levels, with a changing profile from start to finish. Excellent presence and aroma and satisfying aftertaste.

Moka Blend

Moka is a rare Arabica varietal that has been 'rediscovered'. This tiny, round-shaped bean is superb in body and flavor, partly due to dry processing (sun ripening), that brings out the fabulous chocolate, vanilla, nutty tones and aromatics that makes this a truly gourmet delight. Low in acid but sharp in flavor, with smooth, full body, this is a unique coffee that will give enjoyment on many levels.

Full City Roast Espresso

The Highlands Full City Roast Espresso is, in our opinion, one of the finest bold espressos in the world. Nicely dark and just a little bitter, it has the bright tones that are often lacking in a bold espresso. This is a classic Italian approach to espresso using heirloom beans, where the bitter and bold characteristic do not overwhelm the rich body of the blend or wipe out the bright highlights. Pleases equally fans of the "short black", espresso lovers who feel the espresso is all "in the crema", and those who like their espresso as a drink "below the crema"... a rare espresso that delivers on all counts.

Arabica Supreme Espresso

Arabica Supreme posesses the aromatics and elegant mouthfeel prized by Arabica enthusiasts, combined with the full body typical of Vietnamese espresso.

Decaf Espresso

This blended espresso is a DeCaf that spares no expense in bean selection and highest grade of water process decaffeination. True natural water process facilities are rare in the world, and Highlands maintains an in-house water process facility devoted entirely to producing this one superior decaf coffee. If you have ever wished for a decaf espresso that cannot be detected as decaf, this is the one. Soundly beats most regular espressos on flavor and satisfaction.

Ready-to-Drink Coffee

Innovative ready-to-drink coffees from Highlands Coffee allow you to have the full Vietnamese iced coffee experience as easily as you can open a can of soda! Vietnamese Phin Filter

Stainless steel Vietnamese single-cup brewer, 4 piece kit with instructions. This little filter is perfect for brewing a single cup of intense, delicious coffee in the traditional way (6-7 ounces, typically). When guests visit, use a separate filter and cup for each person and add sweetened condensed milk for the authentic coffeehouse experience.

Longevity Sweetened Condensed Milk

You might be familiar with American sweetened condensed milk, used to make caramel or pumpkin pies, but Vietnamese sweetened condensed milk is a little different. It is made with more milk added for extra creaminess, and as a result, lightens coffee much better than Carnation or other brands available in America.
