About Our Vietnamese Coffee

Vietnamese coffee is unique in its creation and in its enjoyment. Many processes combine to create the Vietnamese Coffee experience that the world is experiencing finally through tourism and gourmet reviews, including:

• Using heirloom varietals of the finest coffee species that were established 100 years ago in Vietnam and Southeast Asia

• Roasting in a unique traditional method that imparts deep color and flavor without burning the natural sugars and oils in our beans

• Less acidity and a healthier coffee that is a nutritious and uplifting beverage, hot or iced

• Single-cup brewing in the traditional manner at the table, one cup at a time, or in French Press for many guests

• Longer natural ripening of the coffee bean to produce flavor tones absent in mass-produced, kiln-dried beans

History Of Highlands Coffee

Highlands Coffee was established in 1998 with packaged coffee. It was in 2002 that we opened our first café. Now with around 40 coffee shops in Vietnam, Highlands Coffee is looking forward to sustained growth as the development of the nation continues.

As a lifestyle brand we believe in serving people rich experiences, based around coffee. Those rich experiences come from doing everything as well as we possibily can. Such as roasting and serving the finest coffee, providing a comfortable and vibrant environment to meet and of course, serving our customers with a smile, warmth and a genuine desire to please.
